Responsibilities include developing flexible, maintainable solutions using guidelines and requirements, solving problems through solid design, and mentoring other software engineers, while continuously updating knowledge of tools and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in a professional technical environment
• 4 years of professional software design and development experience
• Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (Agile/Lean or Kanban preferred)
• Experience with technologies such as .NET, C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, HTML, or CSS
• Ability to teach and mentor other software engineers
