Job summary

BlackStone eIT seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise web applications, APIs, and system integrations within the Ministry’s Digital Transformation Program.

The role spans frontend and backend technologies, collaborating with the implementation vendor to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of software development experience.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in modernization of legacy applications.
• Support data migration and integration activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.

Job description

The Senior Full Stack Developer will participate in the implementation of the Ministry's Digital Transformation Program by designing, developing, testing, and maintaining enterprise web applications, APIs, and system integrations.

The role is responsible for delivering end-to-end solutions across both frontend and backend technologies while collaborating with the implementation vendor to ensure successful solution delivery, knowledge transfer, and long-term ownership of the Digital Transformation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET technologies.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop integrations with internal and external enterprise systems.
• Participate in modernization of legacy applications.
• Support data migration and integration activities.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
• Participate in system analysis, technical design, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Produce technical documentation and contribute to knowledge transfer.
