Job summary

International Community Schools Abu Dhabi seeks a dedicated Social Worker to support student well-being and foster a positive learning environment across campus. You will assess student needs, coordinate with teachers, families, and counselors, and implement interventions to promote resilience and healthy development.

In this role, you will collaborate with students, parents, and staff to create supportive plans, refer to community resources, and monitor progress.

Qualifications

• UAE National (Emirati) is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and staff.
• 3+ years of experience.
