We are seeking a Social Media & Marketing Executive who can bring our services and brands to life with creative, social-first content. You will work across MENA Assistance and its affiliated companies, producing video assets that communicate our message with clarity, energy, and impact.

Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for executing and coordinating all social media and marketing activity across the group. You will plan and implement content strategies, manage campaigns, write and edit copy, and collaborate closely with the Videographer & Editor to produce high-quality, engaging assets.

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Create and manage monthly and quarterly marketing calendars for all group entities.
  • Translate company-wide objectives into actionable campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the Chief of Staff in developing marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

Campaigns & Content

  • Manage social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X / Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Write engaging content across multiple formats: social posts, newsletters, PR releases, blogs, and case studies.
  • Develop and launch paid media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok).
  • Support partnerships and influencer activations with engaging campaign material.

Creative Oversight

  • Audit all creatives, websites, and social media channels to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Coordinate with the Videographer & Editor to deliver on campaign briefs and creative direction.
  • Produce and adapt marketing materials and assets when required (presentations, brochures, graphics, proposals).

Community & Engagement

  • Manage daily social media activity, including posting, monitoring, and responding to audience engagement.
  • Build relationships with online communities, dealerships, influencers, and partners to strengthen brand presence.

Performance & Reporting

  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on content performance, engagement, social growth, and ad ROI.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaigns and content effectiveness.

Collaboration & Workflow

  • Work directly with the Videographer & Editor to brief, plan, and review video / photo content.
  • Ensure deliverables meet deadlines and align with approved strategy.
  • Support the Chief of Staff with KPIs, reporting, and executive summaries for the CEO.
Requirements
  • Must be residing in the UAE.
  • 2–4 years’ proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or communications.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to adapt tone of voice across different brands.
  • Strong knowledge of social platforms paid ad campaigns, and analytics tools.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools for producing assets.
  • Familiarity with CRM and newsletter platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot) preferred.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple brands and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for digital trends and storytelling.
  • Flexible with working hours when required and able to work under pressure.
