Job summary

Finotive One seeks a hands-on, face-forward social media creator who owns accounts, shoots, edits, and publishes content daily. You’ll drive 4–6 short videos weekly for Reels, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, on camera regularly, directing in-house speakers when needed and ensuring brand consistency across all channels.

You’ll script hooks and captions in English, with Arabic a strong plus, and collaborate with design and paid media to maximize reach and compliance.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of videos or accounts with tangible metrics.
• CapCut proficiency and solo shooting/editing ability.
• Clear spoken English; Arabic a plus.
• Interest in trading/fintech, futures/CFD in a prop environment.
• Ability to think in campaigns, not just posts.

Responsibilities

• Own the group's social presence day to day: plan, publish, engage.

The Role

This is a hands-on, face-forward creator role. You own the accounts, you're on camera, you shoot, you edit, you publish. If your background is decks and strategy documents, this isn't the fit — we're looking for someone whose default response to an idea is to pick up a camera the same day.

Your job is to make the Finotive brands impossible to scroll past.

What You'll Do

• Own the group's social presence day to day — plan, publish, and engage
• Keep a monthly content calendar per brand under one consistent Finotive One identity
• Produce 4–6 short-form videos per week for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Be the face of the content — you'll be on camera regularly, and you'll direct in-house speakers and guest traders when they feature
• Shoot and edit independently — CapCut is the daily driver
• Write your own hooks, scripts, and captions in English (Arabic a strong plus)
• Brief the in-house designer on graphic posts — you bring the idea, the angle, and the copy; they execute the design
• Turn trading topics — risk management, funding rules, payouts, execution — into content people actually finish
• Publish and schedule across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube (LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and Discord are repurposing channels, not daily builds)
• Reply to comments and stay close to what the community is saying
• Move on trends within hours, not weeks
• Track what performs — reach, watch time, retention, follower growth — and share a short monthly read on what to double down on
• Work with paid media and compliance so every piece carries the required risk disclosures

What We're Looking For

• Confident on camera. This is a face-forward role: a large share of the content is you presenting, so being comfortable filming yourself is essential
• A portfolio that does the talking: accounts you've run or videos you've made, with real numbers behind them
• Ability to shoot and edit solo — CapCut proficiency expected
• Clear, confident spoken English on camera; Arabic a strong advantage
• Genuine interest in trading, forex, crypto, or financial markets focused on futures or CFD trading in a Prop Environment
• Practical understanding of what makes a video travel on each platform
• Ability to think in campaigns, not just posts — you'll be planning the calendar, not receiving it

Nice to Have

• Experience with a prop firm, brokerage, or fintech company
• Fluency with AI content tools
• Discord or Telegram community experience
