Valen is a 360° marketing agency based in Dubai and Miami, seeking a versatile social media manager to handle client accounts and create engaging content across platforms.

You will plan content calendars, publish posts, and craft reels, videos, and graphics from concept to final edit, using AI tools to boost speed and quality. Strong English and client-facing skills are essential in a fast-paced agency setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, ideally at an agency.
• Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar).
• Hands-on experience with AI image, video, and content tools.
• Video editing skills for short-form content.
• Confident client communication and strong organization across multiple accounts.
• Excellent English (Arabic is a plus).
