Job summary

SylvCare for Healthcare Recruitment seeks a creative social media specialist to plan and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat and other platforms for a medical clinic in Al Ain.

You will present engaging Arabic videos, clinic features and treatment explainers on camera, develop concepts and captions in Arabic and English, and coordinate filming with doctors and the clinic team. You’ll also manage the content calendar, community engagement and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven social media experience with an aesthetic, dermatology or plastic surgery clinic.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic, with strong English communication.
• A polished, professional on-camera presence.
• A portfolio showing videos you presented and clinic accounts you helped manage.
• Strong understanding of short-form video, audience engagement and lead generation.
• Ability to work on-site in Al Ain.
