Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Account Manager to join the team and manage some of the agency’s largest accounts. The role requires a strategic thinker who can oversee end‑to‑end social media campaigns, maintain strong client relationships, and collaborate closely with creative and content teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate campaign planning, content calendars, and delivery timelines with internal teams.
  • Monitor social media performance, provide insights, and recommend optimizations.
  • Prepare regular reports, presentations, and updates for clients.
  • Keep up‑to‑date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with creative, content, and paid media teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to the highest standard.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in social media account management, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Proven experience managing large or high‑profile social media accounts.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics, and advertising tools (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Excellent client‑facing skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages a plus.
