Job description

We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager with a strong background in the Fintech and Investment sector. The ideal candidate will manage the company's social media presence, create high-performing campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and LinkedIn and work closely with influencers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and manage social media strategies for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads to achieve business objectives.
  • Create a schedule and optimize engaging content across multiple social media platforms.
  • Manage influencer partnerships including identification, outreach, negotiation and campaign execution.
  • Monitor, track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content and design teams to produce high-quality visuals, copy and videos aligned with brand messaging.
  • Stay updated with emerging social media trends, tools and best practices relevant to Fintech and Investment sectors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with relevant digital communities and industry thought leaders.
  • Report regularly to senior management on campaign performance, ROI and social media growth strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of social media management experience, preferably in Fintech, Investment or Financial Services.
  • Proven expertise in running and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Experience in influencer management and executing influencer-driven campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media metrics, analytics tools and reporting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite).
  • Knowledge of Fintech or financial investment products and their target audiences.
