Overview

The Role Manam Development is a forward-thinking real estate developer (presumably based in the UAE), focused on creating high-quality residential and commercial projects that reflect innovation, community values, and regional heritage. The Social Media Executive will play a vital role in amplifying Manam’s brand presence across digital platforms and engaging with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with Manam Development’s branding, business goals, and project milestones (e.g., launches, promotions)
  • Maintain and manage a detailed content calendar to ensure timely, visually consistent campaigns across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, X / Twitter)
  • Content Creation & Publishing — Create, curate, and publish engaging content—including text, images, videos, and infographics—that resonates with the target audience and showcases projects and company values
  • Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to ensure visuals and messaging are on-brand and suit each platform’s style
  • Community Engagement — Monitor comments, direct messages, and mentions; respond timely and professionally (in Arabic and English if applicable) to maintain a positive community and enhance customer trust
  • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and prospective homebuyers to improve brand outreach and engagement
  • Analytics & Reporting — Analyze engagement metrics (likes, reach, follower growth, clicks, etc.) using analytics platforms and prepare performance reports to inform strategy improvements
  • Track ROI for paid campaigns, optimize ad spend, and adjust targeting for maximum impact
  • Trend Monitoring & Optimization — Stay updated with current social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices—especially relevant to real estate and local markets—to keep the brand current
  • Crisis & Brand Reputation Management — Monitor brand sentiment and escalate or manage potential PR or customer issues promptly to safeguard Manam’s reputation
Requirements
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive, Social Media Manager, or similar role—preferably in real estate or B2C sectors
Technical & Analytical Skills
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, TikTok) and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social)
  • Strong understanding of analytics, performance measurement, and reporting—able to interpret insights and make data-driven adjustments
  • Hands on experience with paid social advertising including budget management and performance tracking (e.g., ROAS)
Creative & Communication Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication—capable of producing engaging copy that fits Manam’s tone and regional language nuances (potentially Arabic / English)
  • Ability to produce or oversee multimedia content—graphic design, videos, visuals (using Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
Organizational & Interpersonal Skills
  • Highly organized with exceptional time management capabilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Team player who collaborates effectively across departments (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.)
  • Strategic mindset with creative problem solving; proactive in identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
