Mon - Fri from 9am - 6.30pm & Sat from 9am - 2pm

Key Responsibilities :
  • Conceptualize and develop viral, engaging content for social media that drives strong brand engagement and visibility among Gen Z and youth segments.
  • Collaborate closely with the in-house design and studio teams to ensure high-quality, on-brand visuals and videos.
  • Manage the social media calendar, bring fresh ideas to the table, and stay ahead of trends to ensure our brand presence remains relevant, authentic, and inspiring.
  • Plan and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns spanning organic and paid channels, maximizing outreach and ROI.
  • Manage influencer partnerships with effective negotiation and relationship management in a multi-geography and multi-cultural context.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics with a focus on virality, engagement, and conversion KPIs, driving continuous optimization.
  • Utilize SEO knowledge where applicable to enhance content discoverability and website traffic.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, social media innovations, and competitive activity to keep campaigns fresh and competitive.
  • Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team and across other departments to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.
What we’ll need :
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management or content creation, ideally in beauty, lifestyle, or luxury sectors.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Up to 30 years old, embodying high emotional intelligence, creativity, and a strong execution mindset.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in agency roles or youth-focused B2C brands; experience with D2C startups is a plus.
  • Deep familiarity with Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other emerging social channels popular with Gen Z.
  • Skilled in influencer marketing including negotiation and relationship building across cultures and regions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to interpret performance data and drive actionable insights.
  • Basic SEO knowledge and hands-on experience is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Support the brand’s distributors globally to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all markets.
