ITHR Technologies Consulting LLC in Dubai is seeking a Cloud Security & SIEM Engineer to join its SOC team. The role focuses on securing cloud environments, integrating telemetry with SIEM platforms, monitoring activity, and automating security operations across AWS, Azure, and GCP.

The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of hands-on cloud security, IAM, network security, and SIEM experience, with strong scripting and automation skills for rapid incident detection and response.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3–8 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity, cloud security, SIEM engineering, or Security Operations Centre environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with cloud IAM, RBAC, least privilege, MFA, and privileged‑access monitoring.
• Experience with cloud network security concepts including VPCs, virtual networks, security groups, firewalls, segmentation, and Zero Trust.
• Experience with enterprise SIEM platforms (Securonix, Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Elastic).
• Experience integrating cloud logs into a SIEM via connectors/APIs/agents.
• Knowledge of cloud logs: audit, authentication, DNS, network, activity logs.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and protect workloads and services across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Apply cloud security across IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Identify misconfigurations, excessive permissions, and insecure exposure; remediate.
• Onboard, normalise, and troubleshoot cloud log sources in SIEM.
• Develop detection rules, dashboards, and investigation queries.
• Configure cloud-native logging services (CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Azure Monitor).
• Investigate cloud security alerts and support incident response.
• Automate SOC/cloud security tasks using Python/PowerShell/Bash.
