Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking a SOC Analyst to safeguard information systems by monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents. The role requires hands-on experience with SIEM tools, threat hunting, and incident management within an international environment.

You will perform security monitoring, threat analysis, and documentation, collaborating with IT teams to implement measures and improve processes. The ideal candidate has a proactive mindset and strong technical/analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, CS or related field.
• 3+ years hands-on SOC/blue team/security engineering experience.
• Proven expertise with Microsoft Sentinel, Defender, and incident management.

Responsibilities

• Security Monitoring: monitor SIEM dashboards and alerts in real time.
• Threat Analysis: check IOC hits and analyze phishing, malware, and unauthorized access.
• Documentation & Reporting: create incident tickets and root-cause analyses with remediation.
• Collaborate with Security and IT teams and educate users on best practices.
