Job summary

Deliveroo in Dubai is seeking a SMB Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of top restaurants on the Deliveroo platform. This full-time, on-site role offers opportunities for career growth and collaboration with a global team spanning DoorDash, Wolt, and Deliveroo ecosystems.

You will build strong relationships with key restaurant partners, analyze performance data to drive growth, and collaborate with Marketing and Operations on new initiatives to improve profitability and partner satisfaction.

Our Account Management team owns and manages restaurant relationships. The Account Managers are a passionate, dynamic group of team players who work well together and cross-functionally with other departments, and of course, they're fun, personable, and great at building exceptional relationships.

What you will be doing:

What skills you'll need:

• Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships
• Agile and highly adaptable to a fast-paced work environment
• Strong knowledge of the restaurant industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Arabic is added bonus
