Job summary

Wood seeks an experienced PMC Specialist Smart Plant Engineer (Greenfield) to lead SmartPlant engineering data management for ADNOC Offshore development. You will ensure integrity and accessibility of engineering data across design, construction, commissioning and handover, acting as the focal point for SmartPlant systems and governance.

The role requires a deep practical knowledge of SPF, SPPID, SPI, SPEL and SP3D, with proven ability to work with ADNOC standards and project information

Qualifications

• 15+ years of oil & gas experience.
• Significant experience with Greenfield offshore projects.
• Hands-on experience administering SmartPlant Foundation environments.
• Strong engineering information management and data governance knowledge.
• Experience in PMC/EPC/EPCM environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist support for the administration, configuration and maintenance of SmartPlant engineering applications across the project lifecycle.
• Manage and support SmartPlant tools including SPF, SPPID, SPI, SPEL and SP3D.
• Serve as the primary PMC focal point for SmartPlant systems and engineering data management activities.
• Review and monitor EPC contractor implementation and utilization of SmartPlant applications and engineering databases.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards, project information management requirements and data governance procedures.
• Develop and enforce project data management strategies and digital engineering workflows.
• Maintain engineering data quality, traceability and integrity throughout the lifecycle.
• Coordinate engineering data interfaces between SmartPlant systems and other project applications.
