Job summary

Manpower Group is seeking an experienced Slickline Supervisor/Field Specialist to support offshore and onshore well intervention operations. You will supervise slickline activities, ensure compliance with safety and permit requirements, and lead fishing operations while mentoring junior staff.

Qualified candidates should have a Technical Diploma, 7+ years in slickline, IWCF Supervisor certification or equivalent, and valid BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications. ADNOC PTW authorization is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of slickline experience and proven field track record.
• Knowledge of well integrity, pressure control equipment, and fishing techniques.
• IWCF Supervisor-level certification or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise slickline operations from rig-up to rig-down.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW and SIMOPS.
• Review well data and prepare toolstrings and PCE configurations.
• Lead fishing operations and troubleshoot challenges.
• Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance, and wire management.
• Coach operators and document service activities.

Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Slickline Supervisor/Field Specialist to support offshore and onshore well intervention operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise slickline operations, including rig-up, execution, and rig-down activities.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, PTW, SIMOPS, and well integrity requirements.
• Review well data, prepare toolstrings and PCE configurations, and manage contingency planning.
• Lead fishing operations and troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Oversee equipment readiness, maintenance, certification, and wire management.
• Coach and develop Slickline Operators and Assistant Operators.
• Complete operational reports, job logs, and service documentation accurately.

Requirements:

• Technical Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of Slickline experience.
• Strong knowledge of slickline operations, well integrity, pressure control equipment, and fishing techniques.
• IWCF Well Intervention Certification (Supervisor Level) or equivalent.
• Valid BOSIET/HUET and H2S certifications.
• ADNOC PTW Permit Receiver authorization is an advantage.
