Responsibilities

• Leads a crew in providing slickline services across a geographic area.
• Reviews job design and ensures proper equipment and processes are in place.
• Confirms readiness of unit, WPCE and downhole tools for jobs.
• Performs on-site maintenance and adheres to safety procedures.
• Trains service operators and identifies sales opportunities for HMS products.
• Completes all site paperwork and participates in post-job reviews.
• Promotes quality improvement and knowledge development.
