Halliburton is seeking a seasoned professional to lead a slickline crew across a geographic region. The role focuses on ensuring safe, compliant execution of services, coordinating with customers, and confirming equipment and process readiness for each job.

The candidate will train operators, pursue opportunities for HES products and services, and actively participate in post-job reviews while developing skills to handle complex operations in challenging conditions.

Qualificações

• Experience with safety and environmental procedures on well sites.
• Ability to train service operators and apprentices in areas of expertise.
• Willingness to mentor and assess competency in team members.

Responsabilidades

• Leads a crew in providing slickline services in a geographic area.
• Consults with customers, promotes good relations at the well site and ensures satisfaction.
• Verifies job design, equipment readiness and proper tools for the job.
• Maintains equipment and ensures compliance with health, safety and environmental procedures.
• Trains operators and assistants, and communicates potential sales opportunities to HES personnel.
• Promotes safety and environmental awareness and documents HSE activities at the well site.
• Completes post-job paperwork and participates in post-job review with supervision.
• Develops knowledge to run complex slickline services and mentors junior staff.
