Job summary

Want More is seeking a Welder for our team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate has proven welding experience, can read and interpret welding drawings, and adheres to safety procedures on the shop floor.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of welding experience.
Technical certification from a recognized institution (e.g., AWS).
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Set up and operate arc, MIG/MAG, and oxy-acetylene welders.
Weld parts to blueprints or specifications.
Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality assurance.
Measure parts using calipers and other tools.
Work with carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper and other metals.
Assist with equipment preparation for maintenance or repair.
Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
Follow safety protocols when operating machinery or handling hazardous materials.
