Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or completion of an apprenticeship program.
• Ability to read technical documents and drawings.
• Familiarity with construction materials, tools, methods, and safety protocols.
• Physical strength and stamina.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches.
• Measure and mark cutting lines on materials.
• Cut, shape, and smooth materials using hand or power tools.
• Install structures and fixtures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim, and hardware.
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures. Follow safety protocols at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
