Job summary

Capstone Contracting is looking for an experienced bulldozer operator to join our project sites across the UAE. You will operate bulldozers, grade and level terrain, and support infrastructure works while adhering to site instructions and safety rules.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of proven experience on construction sites, a UAE heavy equipment license (preferred) or be able to pass a practical test, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven experience operating bulldozers on construction or infrastructure projects.
• UAE heavy equipment license preferred or ability to pass a practical test.
• Skilled in operating heavy equipment (grading, leveling, pushing and spreading materials, land clearing).
• Able to read site instructions and work to levels and markings.
• Knowledge of routine equipment checks and basic maintenance.
• Commitment to health and safety (HSE) rules at all times.
• Professional, disciplined, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Willing to work at different project sites.
