Job description

Leak Lock Contracting is looking for a Site Supervisor to join our growing team in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise site activities and ensure quality and safety of works.
• Coordinate daily operations with project managers, engineers, and workforce.
• Enforce and monitor safety compliance as per safety regulations and company standards.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular site inspections.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Pick up and drop laborers between site and accommodation (valid driving license required).

Requirements

• Willingness and physical ability to work on roofs and in hot weather conditions.
• Ability to manage site operations and workforce effectively.
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations.
• Proven experience as Safety Officer and/or Site Supervisor.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• HSE Certifications i.e. NEBOSH will be a plus point.
