Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Abu Dhabi, UAE seeks a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to ensure reliability, availability, and performance across enterprise applications and infrastructure. The role blends cloud operations, automation, DevOps, and incident management in a high-availability environment.

You will design scalable cloud infra on AWS/Azure, manage databases including Oracle/SQL Server/MongoDB, and implement CI/CD pipelines with Docker/Kubernetes.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, DevOps, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS & Azure) and modern app architectures.
• Experience with Java, .NET Core, and databases (Oracle/SQL Server/MongoDB).

Responsibilities

• Manage and support business-critical applications to ensure high availability and performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure.
• Support and maintain applications built on Java and .NET Core.
• Administer Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB databases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5?8 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Production Support, DevOps, or Application Support.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS and Azure).
• Experience with Java, .NET Core, and modern application architectures.
• Expertise in Oracle, SQL Server, and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and microservices.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, automation, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience in monitoring, incident management, and problem resolution.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure application deployment.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Experience in financial services/ wealth management/brokerage or trading platforms is mandatory.
• Understanding of trading lifecycles and financial application support.
• Exposure to FinTech technologies such as AI/ML, blockchain, and digital payment solutions.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
