Job summary

A recruitment agency in Abu Dhabi is looking for a Site Nurse-Male to provide medical care at construction sites. You will ensure the health and safety of employees by delivering first aid, conducting health checks, and maintaining medical records. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a valid UAE nursing license, and at least 3 years of experience. Immediate joining is required.

Qualifications

Job description

• Position: Site Nurse-Male

As a Site Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our employees and ensuring their well-being at our various construction sites. You will work closely with our Health and Safety team to promote a safe and healthy work environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first aid treatment and emergency care to employees on site
• Conduct regular health checks and screenings for employees
• Administer medication and vaccinations as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records for all employees
• Collaborate with the Health and Safety team to develop and implement health and safety protocols
• Educate employees on health and safety practices and proceduresMonitor and maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
• Report any health concerns or incidents to the appropriate authorities
• Coordinate with external medical facilities for specialized treatments or services
• Maintain confidentiality of all medical information and records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field
• Valid nursing license in the United Arab Emirates
  • HAAD/DOH certified
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a nurse, preferably in a construction or industrial setting
• Knowledge of first aid and emergency care procedures
• Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
• Flexibility to work on-site at various locations as needed
• Immediately joining ( available in UAE )
• Certified in Basic Life Support
• Provide emergency treatment in the work place.
• Administer over-the-counter medication to employees.
• Create a clean, and comfortable sickbay area.
• Promote healthy eating and wellness programs.
• Document all employee injury and illness and keep this information confidential.
• Improve the health of employees through on-going programs and health checks.
• Develop strategies to ensure maximum employee work input.
• Communicate with management on a regular basis.
