Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to assist in various engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in the construction field, including 3 years specifically in site engineering roles. Responsibilities include supervising on-site works, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating with teams. This position is full-time and requires working on-site in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction field with at least 3 years in site engineering roles.
• In-depth understanding of HVAC systems, plumbing, and other mechanical installations.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Section Head in mechanical engineering projects.
• Ensure accuracy of technical drawings and project information.
• Supervise on-site execution of utility works ensuring quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Supervisors for all works.

Skills

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Excellent command of English language

Proficient in reading technical drawings

Strong problem-solving skills
