Job summary

Anotech in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Site Lead for Data Center projects, taking full ownership from installation through IST and client handover, delivering on budget and schedule while maintaining quality. You will lead cross-discipline teams across Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, and Safety, driving IST and performance readiness, coordinating with clients and OEMs, and ensuring zero-harm safety on site.

Qualifications

• Extensive data center project leadership across E&M disciplines.
• Strong knowledge of UPS and power infrastructure for critical facilities.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale mission-critical data center projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead site execution across Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, and Safety.
• Oversee IST, pre-functional testing, and operational readiness activities.
• Coordinate failover, redundancy, and load bank testing with stakeholders.
• Ensure zero-harm safety culture and HSE compliance on site.
• Manage commissioning docs, turnover packs, and client acceptance to warranty.

Job description

• To lead and take full ownership of site execution for Data Center projects - from installation through integrated systems testing, operational readiness, and client handover - ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and contractual requirements, while upholding a zero-harm safety culture throughout.

What we're looking for:

• Strong background in Electromechanical / HVAC disciplines
• Solid knowledge of UPS systems and Power Supply infrastructure
• Proven experience on large-scale mission-critical / data center projects
• Track record leading MV/LV, generators, cooling systems, and data hall infrastructure installation

Key Responsibilities:

• Full site leadership across Electrical, Mechanical, ELV, ICT, Security, BMS, EPMS, SCADA, Fire Alarm & Suppression, and Controls
• Drive L1-L5 activities: installation, pre-functional testing, Integrated Systems Testing (IST), and performance/operational readiness testing
• Lead failover, redundancy, and load bank testing; coordinate client witnesses, consultants, and OEM representatives
• Champion a zero-harm safety culture on site and ensure full HSE compliance
• Manage commissioning documentation, turnover packages, and client acceptance through to warranty support
