Job summary

An established consultancy in the UAE seeks a Site Landscape Architect for a high profile sports stadium expansion in Dubai. Candidates should have 6-8 years of experience in landscape architecture, particularly on large projects, and possess strong technical skills, including REVIT and BIM360. This is an immediate start contract position with a focus on coordination and oversight of construction efforts in compliance with quality standards.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years postgraduate experience with 2 years in similar projects.
• Required strong technical knowledge and design issue resolution skills.
• Regional experience and authority registration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination with other disciplines.
• Advise project manager on technical aspects affecting construction.
• Review contractor's shop drawings for compliance.
• Monitor material procurement and deliveries.
• Conduct site inspections for adherence to specifications.
