Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented Site Engineer – Utilities to manage utility infrastructure projects. Responsibilities include overseeing the design and installation of utility systems, conducting site inspections, and collaborating with stakeholders. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience. A valid UAE Driving License is required. This position is not remote and is offered as an internship.

  • Manage and coordinate utility projects including water gas and electrical systems
  • Develop and review technical designs blueprints and specifications for utility installations
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes
  • Collaborate with contractors suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
  • Prepare and maintain technical reports project documentation and progress updates
  • Identify and resolve engineering challenges on-site proposing innovative solutions when necessary
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to maximize efficiency
  • Ensure all utility installations meet environmental and sustainability requirements
  • Coordinate with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
