Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer you will play a crucial role in overseeing construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

  • Manage and coordinate all on-site construction activities including scheduling, resource allocation and quality control
  • Interpret and implement project plans, technical drawings and specifications
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes and project specifications
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and maintain project progress
  • Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports, change orders and progress updates
  • Monitor and control project costs ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
  • Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures
  • Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes and regulations
  • Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
  • Mentor and supervise junior engineers and technical staff
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
  • UAE Professional Engineering License
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in construction or civil engineering projects
  • Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD or similar CAD software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of UAE construction codes, regulations and local construction practices
  • Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
  • Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken)
  • UAE National citizenship is required for this position
