Job summary

A leading interior fit-out contractor in the UAE is seeking a Site Manager to oversee projects in the Retail, Commercial, and Hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Supervisory experience in the Middle East, a strong understanding of Health & Safety legislation, and the ability to manage site activities effectively. An attractive package will be negotiated depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Middle East experience at a Supervisory level.
• Extensive Fit Out experience within RETAIL, COMMERCIAL, and HOSPITALITY sectors.
• Able to read drawings.
• Must be able to speak, read, and write the English language.
• Fully conversant with current Health & Safety legislation.

The Role

As a company, they are very much Retail Fit Out specialists but also work within the Commercial and Hospitality sectors. As a Site Engineer / Manager, you should manage the site, deliver Tool Box Talks, set up sites, conduct site safety inductions, supervise subcontractors, prepare KPIs, update site programs, monitor site progress, conduct risk assessments, and perform Daily HSE checks.

Requirements
