Job summary

Al Tayer Group in Dubai is seeking a Civil Engineer site supervisor to oversee interior contracting activities. You will organize the workforce, monitor progress, manage drawings and coordinate with site management to ensure timely completion.

Qualified candidates hold a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering with 2–3 years of experience in interior contracting or construction, and you will perform quality checks, liaise with QC inspectors, and coordinate subcontractors to meet specifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Obtain project drawings, assess material and manpower needs, and hand over requirements to procurement after approval.
• Monitor project progress and report discrepancies or delays for corrective action.
• Organize and manage the workforce, supervise the site, keep management updated on progress, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Liaise with Site Management to ensure adherence to the project program and highlight discrepancies.
• Conduct quality checks with QC Inspector to ensure works meet specifications.
• Coordinate site demobilization and prepare applicable reports.
• Execute snag lists from consultants and oversee subcontractors to ensure timely completion and compliance.
