About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Engineer to join our team for a Bridge Maintenance Project in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of bridge maintenance activities, overseeing on-site operations, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

• Oversee daily bridge maintenance operations and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify maintenance needs and potential structural issues
• Develop and implement maintenance plans in accordance with project specifications and local regulations
• Collaborate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor and report on project progress, budget, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and local building codes throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and other project documentation
• Utilize AutoCAD or similar software for creating and modifying engineering drawings
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with team members and clients

What do we need from you

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on bridge maintenance projects
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, bridge structures, and maintenance techniques
