The Wheel of Fate is seeking a Site Civil Engineer for our Ras Al Khaimah projects. The role focuses on supervising on-site civil activities, ensuring design and safety compliance, and collaborating with project managers, architects, and contractors to deliver quality construction on schedule.

The ideal candidate holds a Civil Engineering degree, has UAE construction experience, and brings strong problem-solving and communication skills, with fluency in English and knowledge of Arabic as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Proven site Civil Engineer experience on real estate or construction projects.
• Familiarity with UAE construction codes and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor on-site civil engineering activities for design and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure smooth workflow.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high workmanship standards.
• Prepare and review site reports, progress documentation, and material requisitions.
• Ensure adherence to project timelines, budgets, and environmental guidelines.
• Provide technical guidance to site workers and subcontractors.
• Identify risks or delays and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
