China State Construction Middle East is recruiting Civil Site Engineers to join our construction team for a large-scale project in Dubai. Site Engineers will coordinate with the Project Manager, Construction Manager, consultants, subcontractors, and other departments, ensuring work aligns with approved drawings and materials.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience in construction, preferably on high-rise or major projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in construction projects.
• Experience in high-rise or large-scale projects.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for daily construction activity on site, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, consultants, subcontractors and other departments using approved drawings and materials.
• Review method statements with Construction Manager and obtain consultant approval for execution.
• Supervise General Foreman/Foreman and assist them to perform effectively.
• Review drawings per site conditions and communicate with execution team.
• Prepare material requests and ensure timely delivery as per orders.
• Receive and inspect delivery of materials as per LPO and requests.
• Perform engineering calculations/civil design analysis to solve problems.
• Create inspection test requests for each activity.
• Manage and monitor daily site activities; prepare progress reports weekly, monthly, and daily.
• Monitor stores and material issuance; provide regular feedback to Construction Manager.

About the Role

Site Engineers will be responsible for daily construction activity of the site, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultants, subcontractors, and all concerned departments etc. Using all approved drawings and materials.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily construction activity of the site, coordinating with Project Manager, Construction Manager, Consultants, subcontractors, and all concerned departments etc. Using all approved drawings and materials.
• Checking the method statements in consultation with Construction Manager and should approved by consultant for execution of work.
• Supervise the activities of the General Foreman/Foreman and assist them to perform effectively.
• Review the drawing as per site condition and communicate to the execution team.
• Prepare the material request as per the site/Drawing inquiry and ensure the delivery of items on time as per the order.
• Receiving and checking of delivery of materials as per the request/LPO.
• Performs engineering calculations/civil design analysis to solve problems.
• Making inspection test request for each activity.
• Manage and monitor the daily activities on-site, prepare monthly, weekly, and daily progress report.
• Monitor the store and material issuance.
• Providing full support to the Construction Manager with regular feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
