Job summary

Land Sterling is seeking an Asset Tagging Inspector to support our Asset Management and Facilities Management projects across Dubai. The successful candidate will conduct on-site asset surveys across master communities, residential buildings, and infrastructure projects.

This site-based role requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work independently across multiple locations, including tagging assets after client approvals and maintaining asset registers in Excel.

Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience maintaining asset records and tagging assets is preferred.
• On-site survey experience in buildings and facilities environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site asset surveys across client properties.
• Identify, inspect and record building, MEP, and infrastructure assets.
• Prepare and maintain asset registers using Excel.
• Verify asset information against drawings and site conditions.
• Carry out asset tagging after client approvals.
• Install asset tags and maintain records of tagged items.
