Job summary

A leading company in site administration is looking for an experienced Site Administrator in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities include managing site documentation, overseeing logistics, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially in oil & gas projects. This full-time role does not allow remote work.

  • Handle administrative tasks such as employee records timekeeping and payroll coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies site regulations and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers contractors and other stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Oversee accommodation transport and welfare arrangements for site staff.
  • Assist in procurement and inventory management for office supplies and site needs.
  • Prepare reports meeting minutes and other required documentation.
  • Address employee concerns and support HR functions related to the site.
  • Plan coordinate and manage logistics for materials equipment and workforce.
