Job summary

Techsource Solutions LLC is seeking an Administrator for School Systems in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role requires 3+ years of experience with School Information Systems (SIS) and hands-on work with iSAMS, PowerSchool or Engage.

This onsite position expects immediate to 15 days joiners. The ideal candidate will manage user accounts, permissions, system configurations, data quality, reporting, BI dashboards, and support cloud-based and on-premises applications.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing School Information Systems (SIS)
• Hands-on experience with iSAMS, PowerSchool, Engage, or equivalent SIS
• Experience with SIS configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support
• Experience managing user accounts, roles, permissions and access controls
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades and enhancements
• Strong data management and data quality across integrated platforms
• Experience with reporting, dashboards and BI solutions
• Knowledge of SSO, authentication and identity management
• Experience with cloud-based and on-premises applications
• Ability to support annual academic year rollover and system transition activities
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with school and technology teams
• Candidates must be currently based in the UAE

• 3+ years of experience managing/administering School Information Systems (SIS)

• Hands‑on experience with iSAMS, PowerSchool, Engage, or equivalent school management systems

• Strong experience in SIS configuration, administration, troubleshooting and support

• Experience managing user accounts, roles, permissions and access controls

• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades and enhancements

• Strong understanding of data management and data quality across integrated platforms

• Experience supporting system integrations, APIs or middleware is an advantage

• Experience with reporting, dashboards and business intelligence solutions

• Knowledge of SSO, authentication and identity management is an advantage

• Experience supporting cloud‑based and on‑premises applications

• Experience with system testing, validation and UAT

• Ability to support annual academic year rollover and system transition activities

• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and analytical skills

• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
