Job summary

MCS Middle East LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced ELV Design & Estimation Engineer to develop and tailor automation systems including security, fire alarms, access control and BMS. You will prepare cost estimates, schedules and technical layouts, coordinating with clients and contractors to ensure project success.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, 3+ years UAE experience, SIRA certification, and strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of KNX/Lutron is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop ELV and automation systems (security, fire alarms, access control, BMS) in line with project requirements.
• Prepare detailed project estimation documents including cost analysis, materials, labor and timelines.
• Coordinate with clients, architects and contractors to capture project needs and create system layouts.
• Conduct site surveys and propose optimized designs for performance and cost-efficiency.
• Stay updated with industry trends and regulatory changes to incorporate best practices into designs.
