A leading signage solutions provider in Sharjah is seeking a Secretary for the Signage Department. This role involves providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient operation. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative assistance and secretarial support to the Managing Director.
  • Prepares and maintains Department's Daily Summary Report.
  • Coordinates with clients to understand their needs and gather project details.
  • Prepares documents for tender proposals and submissions.
  • Handles invoicing and updates of Inquiry Log.
