Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Signage Installation Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise large-scale signage projects from mobilization to completion. You will lead installation teams, review drawings, and ensure work meets specifications and timelines.

The role requires strong coordination with production and project teams, site visits, schedule preparation, and strict adherence to safety standards. UAE driving licence preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of signage installation methods, fabrication, fixing, and site execution.
• Experience managing multiple installation teams and projects.
• Knowledge of installation tools, lifting equipment, access equipment, and site safety requirements.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and installation drawings.
• Strong manpower planning and site coordination skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise signage installation from mobilization to completion.
• Manage installation teams and site manpower.
• Review drawings, BOQs, and site requirements before mobilization.
• Coordinate with Production and Project teams for smooth execution.
• Conduct site visits and assess access, measurements, installation requirements, lifting arrangements, and site conditions.
• Prepare installation schedules and allocate manpower, vehicles, tools, and equipment.
• Ensure installations follow approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and deadlines.
• Monitor daily site progress and provide updates to Project Manager or Engineer.
• Ensure permits, access approvals, safety documents, and site requirements are arranged before installation.
• Supervise safe use of scaffolding, MEWP/manlifts, cranes, and lifting equipment.
• Identify and resolve site-related installation issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Inspect completed installations and update PM/PE with photographs.
• Maintain records of installation progress, manpower, materials, equipment, and site issues.
• Control installation costs and minimize wastage, rework, overtime, and unnecessary site expenses.
• Coordinate snagging and ensure timely closure of all outstanding installation works.
• Manage emergency and urgent installation requirements when necessary.
