Qualifications

• Practical experience in signage production, fabrication, or installation.
• Strong knowledge of signage production processes including acrylic fabrication and vinyl application.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, production layouts, measurements and job specs.
• Proven team supervision, work allocation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to plan daily activities and meet production and installation deadlines.
• Knowledge of quality control, material management, and production cost control.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and guide team members.
• Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and equipment handling.
• Basic reporting and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of signage production, fabrication, printing, vinyl application, and installation personnel.
• Allocate tasks to team members according to skills, workload, and project priorities.
• Provide technical guidance and practical support to ensure efficient execution of work.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, productivity, and discipline within the team.
• Ensure duties, targets, and deadlines are understood by all team members.
• Train and guide new employees on fabrication techniques, equipment operation, and safety.
• Encourage teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement in production activities.
• Review daily work orders, drawings, artwork, and schedules before starting work.
• Coordinate with production manager, designers, and others to ensure smooth execution.
• Plan and organize production to meet deadlines and customer requirements.
• Monitor progress and take corrective actions to prevent delays.
• Ensure materials, tools, equipment, and manpower are available before starting jobs.
• Coordinate packing, transport, and dispatch of finished signage.
• Report production progress and issues to management.
• Maintain daily records of jobs, progress, and material usage.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and maintained.
• Report safety concerns and equipment breakdowns to the responsible department.
• Coordinate installation activities at customer premises and sites.
• Verify site measurements and installation locations before work.
• Ensure signage is installed securely and per drawings.
• Report site difficulties or deviations to management.
