Job summary

Imperial space contracting llc in Dubai is seeking an experienced shuttering carpenter to construct and assemble formwork for concrete structures, ensuring precise alignment and safe execution on busy sites.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, an apprenticeship or trade certificate in shuttering carpentry, and 3–5 years of hands-on experience with timber, plywood, steel, and proprietary systems, following blueprints and using hand and power tools.

• Secure formwork to support wet concrete and prevent leaks, ensuring structural integrity.

Construct and erect formwork systems shuttering for concrete structures ensuring precise alignment and dimensional accuracy using detailed blueprints and technical drawings Assemble and dismantle shuttering components including timber plywood steel and proprietary systems with a focus on safety and efficiency Precisely measure cut shape and fasten wooden or metal materials using hand and power tools demonstrating expertise in various cutting and joining techniques Install and secure formwork to support the weight of wet concrete employing techniques to prevent leaks and ensure structural integrity

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a basic understanding of mathematics and construction principles. Relevant vocational training or apprenticeship in carpentry or shuttering, providing foundational knowledge of construction techniques. Possession of a valid trade certificate or license for shuttering carpentry, showcasing formal recognition of skills and expertise.
