Job summary

Intergrande Building Contracting Co. LLC is seeking an experienced Shuttering Carpenter to join the site team in Dubai. The role requires constructing and installing shuttering for columns, beams, slabs and foundations, reading drawings, and ensuring precise alignment and safety on site.

The ideal candidate has at least 10 years in construction/carpentry, plus 4 years in the UAE, with proven formwork expertise and a strong commitment to quality workmanship and site safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of overall construction/carpentry experience.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in the UAE.
• Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter.
• Strong knowledge of shuttering and formwork works.
• Ability to understand drawings, measurements, and site requirements.
• Good knowledge of construction site safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform shuttering and formwork carpentry for columns, beams, slabs, walls, foundations and other concrete structures.
• Assemble, install, align and dismantle formwork and shuttering systems.
• Measure, cut, shape and assemble timber and other formwork materials.
• Read and follow construction drawings, measurements and site instructions.
• Ensure proper alignment, dimensions, levels and support before concrete works.
• Maintain good workmanship while following site safety procedures.
• Coordinate with supervisors and other site teams to complete assigned works efficiently.
