Job summary

RAK Ceramics in the UAE invites an energetic Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional showroom experience and drive store sales through a personalized, solution-based approach.

You will engage customers, promote products, manage CRM data, and collaborate with teams to ensure a smooth customer journey while adapting to business needs. Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant certification; bachelor’s degree is an advantage
• 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within retail or customer-facing environments
• Experience in the ceramics or building materials industry would be an advantage
• Fluency in English is required; multilingual candidates are preferred
• Willingness to work flexible schedules based on business requirements

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, advising them on products and solutions based on their needs
• Showcase products and help customers discover how they can transform their living spaces
• Build and maintain accurate customer information using CRM systems while managing relationships, opportunities, and follow-ups
• Act as a product and customer solutions expert among peers
• Gather, analyze, and share customer feedback to improve the overall customer experience
• Coordinate closely with the Quality team to resolve customer complaints and ensure timely closure
• Influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth customer journey
• Stay updated on products, initiatives, and promotions to effectively support customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with store policies, procedures, cash handling, safety, and security standards
• Promote upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on customer requirements
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure products are properly displayed on the sales floor
• Support visual merchandising activities and assist team members when required
• Maintain flexibility with work schedules based on business needs
