Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks an experienced Showroom Manager to lead daily showroom operations, drive sales targets, and deliver superb customer service.

You will design kitchen and wardrobe spaces for displays, manage inventory and supplier relations, train and motivate a cross-functional team, and coordinate with Marketing and Design to create compelling promotions and product displays, ensuring profitability and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in modular furniture, kitchen, wardrobe, or home décor.
• Strong showroom/retail sales management experience.
• Knowledge of kitchen & wardrobe design and interior products.
• Strong leadership, sales, customer service, and communication skills.
• Proficient in POS, CRM, MS Office, and design software.
• UAE retail experience is an advantage.
