Analytica is seeking a Content Creator (Videography, Photography & Content Strategy) to shoot on location in Dubai, UAE and manage monthly content planning from idea to publication. The role blends on-site production with strategic posting across platforms.

You’ll produce videos and photos, edit for social formats, craft captions and plan multi-format calendars, while driving results with data-driven tweaks. Fluent English and a strong portfolio are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years creating content professionally.
• Strong videography and photography: framing, lighting, audio and camera movement.
• Advanced editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve, plus Lightroom or Photoshop.
• A portfolio that shows content you shot and edited yourself.
• Proof of results: accounts you’ve grown, or content with real numbers behind it.
• Able to plan and run a shoot independently, from brief to final delivery.
• Fluent English.

Content Creator (Videography, Photography & Content Strategy)

Location: Dubai, UAE · on-site, with shoots across the UAE

Type: Full-time (open to strong freelancers)

About the role

We're looking for a content creator who can do both halves of the job: shoot it and run it.

You’ll go on location with a camera, get the footage and photos, edit them into content that performs, then plan how one shoot becomes a month of posts. You’ll own content from the idea to the results.

This role isn’t only for a videographer, and it isn’t only for a social media manager. We want someone who’s comfortable doing both.

What you’ll do

Create

• - Shoot video and photos for social media, ads and websites: products, people, spaces, events and behind-the-scenes.
• - Edit short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) with strong hooks, pacing, sound and colour.
• - Shoot and retouch photography that’s ready to publish.
• - Present on camera or direct others when the content needs a face.

Orchestrate

• - Plan shoots: concept, shot list, location, people and schedule.
• - Turn each shoot into a full content plan, with multiple formats, cut-downs and a posting calendar.
• - Write captions, scripts and hooks that fit each brand’s voice.
• - Run the content calendar across several accounts and keep it consistent.
• - Track performance (reach, saves, watch time, leads) and adjust what you make based on the results.

Work smart

• - Use AI tools to move faster: scripting, captions, ideas, editing and image work.
• - Build simple templates and processes so content doesn’t depend on any one person.
