Job summary

GMG in Dubai is seeking a Replenishment Associate to keep shelves stocked and displays inviting, supporting sales operations across the store. You will monitor inventory, organise stock, and collaborate with the team to ensure timely replenishment and accurate pricing.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, strong attention to detail, good communication, and basic computer skills. You should be able to lift stock, work flexible shifts, and help customers while maintaining a safe, clean

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Effective communication and ability to collaborate in a team.
• Basic proficiency with computer applications including MS Office.
• Physically able to lift and move stock and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
• Organise and set up shelves and displays according to guidelines.
• Collaborate with inventory team to manage deliveries and transfers.
• Ensure accurate labelling and pricing of products on the sales floor.
• Assist customers in locating products and answering queries.
• Implement loss prevention measures and report discrepancies.
• Participate in inventory audits and cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment per health and safety rules.
