Job summary

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank seeks a Manager - Shari'a Audit (UAE National Only) based in Abu Dhabi to organize and lead internal Shari'a audits in line with the audit plan.

The role requires applying AAOIFI/IIA standards, preparing audit programs and working papers, and guiding the team while coordinating with IT and management on risk-based findings.

5–10 years audit experience in Islamic banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Sharia, Islamic Economics or Islamic Banking.
• CISSA and CIPA certifications.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead internal Shari'a audit assignments and manage plans.
• Ensure compliance with AAOIFI/IIA standards.
• Prepare audit programs, working papers and reports.
