Job summary

Remotedxb is seeking an experienced SharePoint Engineer to design, implement, and govern SharePoint Online environments in the UAE. You will lead migrations, build sites and content structures, and deliver customized solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx.

The role requires strong collaboration with technical teams, stakeholders, and governance modeling to ensure secure, scalable content management. Office 365 integrations and cloud security are central to this position.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 8+ years IT experience or equivalent.
U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a SharePoint Engineer.
Expertise in SharePoint Online and migrations.
Proficiency in Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SPFx.
Strong understanding of Office 365 integrations including Teams, OneDrive, and Azure AD.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments for optimal performance and security.
Create and manage SharePoint sites, libraries, lists, permissions, and content structures.
Use Power Automate, Power Apps, and SPFx to deliver customized solutions.
Plan and execute migrations from legacy SharePoint platforms to SharePoint Online.
Utilize tools like ShareGate or Metalogix for efficient content migration.
Validate and troubleshoot migration outcomes regarding data integrity and permissions.
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to gather requirements.
Provide consultative advice on SharePoint architecture, integrations, and governance.
Develop and enforce governance models for content management and site usage.
Create and maintain technical and end-user documentation.
Perform ongoing support, patching, and upgrades.
