Job summary

RAQMEA is seeking an experienced ServiceNow QA Manager to lead quality assurance across ServiceNow implementation and upgrade programs in Dubai. You will own the test strategy, manage the QA team, and ensure every release meets functional, performance, and compliance standards before go-live.

Responsibilities include defining QA standards, mentoring testers, driving ATF automation, coordinating UAT with stakeholders, and reporting release readiness. GCC client project experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/testing experience, with at least 5 years on the ServiceNow platform.
• Proven experience leading QA teams on enterprise ServiceNow implementations.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of ATF and test management tools (e.g., ServiceNow Test Management, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP, MID Server, IntegrationHub).
• Experience with upgrade testing, data validation, and performance testing.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the QA strategy, test plans, and quality standards for ServiceNow projects.
• Lead and mentor a team of manual and automation testers.
• Oversee functional, regression, integration, UAT, and performance testing across modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC/IRM, and SPM.
• Drive test automation using ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework) and other tools.
• Plan and run regression testing for ServiceNow family upgrades and patches.
• Work closely with business analysts, developers, architects, and product owners to validate requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate UAT with client stakeholders and manage sign-off.
• Track defects, report quality metrics, and present release readiness to leadership.
• Ensure testing aligns with Agile/SAFe delivery and CI/CD pipelines.
